Our 15-hectare vineyard benefits from well-drained clay-limestone and clay-silica soils. Composed of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the vineyard has an average age of 25-30 years. The vieilles vignes is an excellent wine for laying down... 15% cabernet franc, 85% merlot. In conversion to organic farming, manual harvesting, use of sorting tables, whole harvest, frequent punching down, malolactic fermentation, pre-fermentation cold maceration, barrel ageing, blending, traditional corking, ageing on lees.
