In a few words ...

Assembly : 82% merlot - 18% cabernet franc. vinification : the harvest was rigorously carried out to select only the best fruit. After fermentation in vats, using the classic method of pumping-over and controlled maceration, the wine was placed in oak barrels, 70% of which were new, where it was aged for 18 months. TASTING : Violet to inky, the color gives way to an intense (and broad) aromatic palette of black fruits on a background of balsamic notes providing a touch of freshness. The wine's frank attack on the palate is followed by a fresh, aromatic and creamy evolution of full-bodied tannins.
