"11.6 hectares of vines. The grape varieties are Merlot (81%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (19%) for the reds, and Semillon (50%) and Sauvignon Blanc (50%) for the whites. The vines generally benefit from an oceanic climate. Terroir: clay-limestone (on south-facing slopes), clay and gravel soils. The vineyard is farmed organically, and vinification is traditional. The grapes are vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, but also in oak barrels for all or part of the cuvées."
