In a few words ...
Following manual harvesting in crates and initial sorting in the vineyard, the grapes are sorted again using the latest generation optical sorting equipment. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Part of the batches undergo malolactic fermentation in new barrels. For this vintage, the entire wine is aged in French oak barrels, with 15% new wood.
