In a few words ...
Vineyard planted on limestone rock at the top of the PDO. Red wine made from 80% Merlot vines. No inputs other than sulfites, which remain very low. Aged in barrels at 50% volume for 1 year, no fining or filtration.

Appearance
A crimson hue with a cherry sheen.
Aroma
aromas of small, very ripe ripe black cherries, red rose, vanilla and cocoa and cocoa to express this complex wine.

Taste
Full-bodied and fleshy on the palate, the tannins are still present, with a long, very aromatic finish.

Authentic family vineyard. Very warm welcome. Wines of character made with passion and a natural wine that I highly recommend where you find freshness and all the aroma of the grape and no artificial flavors ... lots of choice and excellent products.
