This cuvée is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Bouey family team's main concern is to preserve the fruit and extract supple tannins to obtain a round wine. Château Le Plantey's cultivation methods reflect Stéphane Derenoncourt's expertise: bio-controlled weed control, mechanical tillage in the inter-row, mechanical weeding under the rows, double Guyot pruning, manual thinning, leaf removal, thinning and parcel harvesting.

Its deep color reflects the wine's concentration. On the nose, it reveals seductive aromas of ripe red fruit, mixed with subtle gourmand notes, offering a captivating bouquet. Good texture, balanced structure and supple tannins - I love it!
