PRIVILEGED MOMENTS. Nicknamed the "Cuvée Passion", Le Haut Médoc de Maucaillou is the estate's pleasure wine. The wine is made from a precise parcel-by-parcel selection of vines from the Château Maucaillou terroir, vinified in a single vat, N° 8.

Appearance
The color is intense, ranging from ruby to garnet.
Aroma
The nose reveals dark fruit notes of blackcurrant and blackberry, followed by empyreumatic vanilla and roasted notes.

Young reds are full-bodied, marked by a touch of oak and hints of sweet spices. After a few years' cellaring, the tannins mellow.
