Le grand paroissien is produced from a rigorous selection of plots ideally located in the commune of saint-seurin de cadourne, and mainly situated on gravelly soils. The average age of the vines is 35 years, giving the grapes remarkable ripeness and concentration.

Aroma
Fine, clean nose, combining black fruit and burnt wood, with a hint of menthol.
Taste
Straightforward, fruity palate, blending blueberry and blackcurrant with wild plum. Round finish with hints of cachou.
