Aroma
Expressive nose of spices (pepper, nutmeg) and dark fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry and plum). Agitation delivers an elegant register of smoked meat, enhanced by balsamic notes and mint alcohol.
Taste
The palate has a lovely Médoc clacissism, both ripe and balanced by a fresh sap; both round on the attack and supported by a solid frame. Fruity, spicy and finely toasted, the register is complex and not lacking in racy gourmandise.
