Located in the commune of Macau, Château Belle-Vue is now one of the finest Crus Bourgeois in the Médoc, thanks to the brilliance of Vincent Mulliez, who was responsible for raising the quality of the wine to its highest level. His heirs are now at the helm of this 11-hectare Cru, set on a beautiful terroir of deep gravel over clay. James Suckling ( 92 )
"Un vin étoffé, au bouquet qui réussit à trouver un équilibre subtil entre les fruits noirs, les épices et un boisé tout en nuances, de la vanille au café. Au palais, où l'on perçoit beaucoup de gras dans une large structure, les tanins sont puissants mais bien enrobés."
