In a few words ...
This 100% Sémillon comes from vines located near Lieu-Dit Mahon, in the commune of Pujols-sur-Ciron, just a few minutes from Sauternes and Langon. In old French, Mahon means poppy or red flower. These parcels have been selected for their sandy terroir on deep gravel gravelly soil, which ensures good hydration, limiting water stress for the vines. The result is a fresh, light and delicate white wine.
