In a few words ...
In 2016, an archaeologist found a red jasper stone on the vineyard plot that produces this wine. We named it in honor of this stone. Jasper has character and attack. In its youth, it is easily approachable, with aromas of spices and prunes. Over time, it will soften and evolve towards notes of leather and truffle.
