With its luminous yellow-gold color, this wine's rising aromatic power evokes notes of almond custard and sweet vanilla. The fruity aromas start with william pear, a minty scent, a very special "after rain" aroma linked to the mineral register, then citrus, with grapefruit and exotic maracuja! The palate is sweet and savory, with good length. A wine for laying down, 5 to 10 years, to accompany great fish and shellfish ... 15% muscadelle, 35% sauvignon, 50% sémillon.
