2019 is our second vintage made with the advice of Stéphane Derenoncourt's team, both in terms of cultivation and oenology.

Tasting notes

Appearance

The color is garnet red.

Aroma

On the nose, black fruits dominate, mingled with Provençal herbs and floral notes (dried roses), a sign of the greatest Graves terroirs. The aromatic intensity reveals subtle notes of torrefaction and leather, a sign of well-mastered barrel ageing.

Wine Brutish

Taste

On the palate, the attack is delicate and cottony, then the wine quickly asserts itself as dense and racy, with a woodiness that doesn't overpower. The dominant fruitiness lingers on the liquorice finish. The tannins, both fine and structuring, guarantee a continually balanced structure.
