The winemaker

This is the spirit of my job, so I exercised at Bec Ambés first name of the Gironde department in the Revolution, an already loaded history. You all know the classification of 1855 but already in 1647, rehearsal, a committee met to set the price of the wines of Bordeaux. Behind the Sauternes immediately had our wines with the dark robe from Petit Verdot produced in the peninsula. (Ref: Hugh Johnson A World History of Wine) Since then, the human and economic uncertainties have left forget the extraordinary character of our land, rich wine rack, black, warm and always a bright fruit. This is the great ambition OFFER ALL POSSIBLE TASTE. The more flavor possibleToute driving my vine and my wines is driven by one goal. Franc drinker and real greedy, delicate gourmet novice or amateur, you accompany me during the season over the cropping choices, cellar work, the realization of wines. Your spring table, the crackling of fresh vegetables, crisp and fragrant roast, the fragrant bread, and my fresh wines, fond, black, fleshy circulate and bring together three generations (or four!) around bright and fraternal discussion.
