The winemaker

The vineyard is located in the shadow of the tower, it is the oldest of Pomerol (1589). Sold in 1793 like many church will remain long in the same family before being acquired in 1973 by Castéja family. The vineyard in the center of the famous Pomerol plateau consists mainly of Merlot. Its ample wines, round and elegant are highly sought after in France and abroad. They are known as among the best of the appellation.
