The winemaker

The hillside on which the vines are planted is made up of rich, deep soil which, combined with its ideal exposure, favors quality ripening and, as a result, quality fruit for a quality wine. The grape varieties (average age: 40 years) are typical of the Bordeaux region: Merlot 65% - Cabernet Franc 20% - Cabernet Sauvignon 10% - Malbec 5%. Harvesting is semi-manual or even manual for certain plots. The blending of AOC Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur wines carried out by the estate is very careful and well-balanced. Bottling takes place on the estate.
