Château Grand Jour is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged in wood for 9 months. Intense and unctuous on the palate, it reveals a gourmet bouquet with notes of black fruit, chocolate, laurel and hints of vanilla.
"This is a well-aged wine with clean, straightforward aromas of raspberry and cherry brandy, enhanced by the toasted bread notes of oak. This composition finds a persistent echo in a refined palate, with fat, powerful tannins, perfectly integrated into a generous, finely acidic flesh. Ageing recommended".

This 2018 is still a little young, but full of promise.
I prefer to leave it open for 2 days, standing up, rather than decanting it, which makes it too rough.
Then you can start drinking it.
