The 10th-century feudal tower watches over this vineyard, planted on sumptuous gravelly hilltops and laid out like a garden. The mild temperatures and sunshine provided by the local micro-climate enable the vines of Château Tour Sieujean to reach excellent ripeness, producing wines for laying down. Catherine and Stéphane Chaumont work the vines and make wines in the Médoc tradition.
