The winemaker
Overlooking the Gironde estuary from the heights of Valeyrac, this imposing residence, set in superb parkland bordered by vines, has attracted the interest of Chinese investors who are attached to French culture. In keeping with Médoc tradition, the château continues to develop its wines, with the idea of enhancing the expression of terroir above all else.
The terroir is at the heart of the estate's concerns, as demonstrated by the numerous environmental measures implemented to protect it. The estate covers some ten hectares, spread over the communes of Valeyrac, Jau and Bégadan. The grape varieties are as follows: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
