The winemaker

"Chassagnoux" naturally means "Father and Daughter", a link between two personalities. One holds the promise of time that is getting better, the other, in her youthfulness, astonishes and detonates. From the "Les Avertis" range to the "Horizon" range, it's an invitation to take another look at Fronsac in Bordeaux. It's on this sandstone terroir that foxes love that Father and Daughter cultivate their vines according to organic principles in Fronsac, not far from Saint-Emilion. You might think of a footprint as just a trace. For me, it's much more than that. It's genetic. It's a link. It is my father and I. It is time and our memory. She is our birth and today our rebirth. She is the hope of durability. Sometimes ephemeral, sometimes fossilized. Sometimes fragile, sometimes anchored. Above all, it remains ecological and wild. It is to protect it that we are HVE3 certified and have chosen organic farming.
