The winemaker

Today it is Frédéric Marque, a converted winemaker, who passionately makes wines for pleasure: balanced, fruity and digestible with developed aromatic expressions. Considering that the taste of wine is above all the taste of the terroir, he defends an identity for his wines by deploying an environmentally friendly approach (HVE3 and ISO 14001 certifications) that allows the natural and authentic expression of the terroir, the grapes and the wines to be revealed. He works his vineyard and vinifies with one objective: to highlight and preserve the authenticity of the grapes.

Puyfromage: an unusual name partly translated from English (Puy from edge) testifies to the rich past of Aquitaine, the traces of which are still present through several buildings that deserve a visit. Feel free to get to know each other even better: www.puyfromage.com
