The winemaker

Château Pré la Lande has chosen to produce wine with respect for the land and its people. Angelita and Michel decided to practice organic and biodynamic farming, even before it became common practice. Since 2007, they have followed the rules of the Vin Méthode Nature charter, which became official in 2019: manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts (living naturally on the fruit), no inputs and little or no sulfites, depending on the cuvée. The estate is part of the Sainte Foy Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, created in 1937.
