The winemaker

The greatest attention is paid to the cultivation of vines: short stature, leaf removal, appropriate thinning, and a reasoned choice of plant protection treatments allow for only objectives to reap a perfectly healthy grapes, great aromatic quality while preserving the environment ecology. Handpicked, grapes are the subject of two successive sorting before and after scratch. Very attached to traditional methods of Bordeaux wine, the owners bring a modern twist to better exalt the scents and magnify the color of the wine: pre-fermentation cold maceration, malolactic fermentation and aging on lees in oak barrels of which 40 to 50% new oak depending on the vintage.
