I bought the property at the end of 2019 out of a passion for wine. For me, this is a total reconversion and a great challenge! My objective is to revitalise this beautiful sleepy place. The winemaker

Today, the Fallay d'Este family is at the head of this wine estate, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. Philippe, driven by the desire to produce his own wines for the past 25 years, holds the reins of the estate. The 11 hectare vineyard is composed of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are on average 30 years old and benefit from a gravelly-siliceous terroir.

Labelled High Environmental Value for several years, the estate is keen to pay great attention to all the work carried out on the vineyard in order to respect the soil and living organisms, with the aim of preserving biodiversity with very little use of inputs.
