The winemaker
The history of the Castle Larrivaux has written and continues to write thanks to the work of women of the same family. In 1581, the project of this field is born. The ambition is to design from scratch a vineyard on a greenfield site. Despite some financial difficulties that will undermined the project, the vineyard out of the ground at the end of the 16th century. Throughout its history, the field is managed by women until now with Berangere Tesseron. It cultivates 19 hectares of vines on the commune of Cissac Haut-Médoc.
