The winemaker
Château Laroze is a 27-hectare winegrowing estate with a 19th-century building and a large wooded park. Located just 1.5 kilometers from the village of Saint Émilion, the estate boasts siliceous clay soil and five grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Three cuvées are produced at Château Laroze: the grand cru classé since 1955 "Château Laroze", the second grand cru "La Fleur Laroze" and the cuvée in homage to all women "Lady Laroze".
