Yesterday…. It could be a tale. Once upon a time in the small village where lived Gustave Eiffel, Dominique FALXA son of winemaker who dreamed of one day owning his vineyard. In 1971, he placed his savings in the first plot, the story is heading.   Between two…. From 1971 to 1975, he will work on the property, buying, planting, pruning, harvesting last. He will have until 1976 to settle in the small house of the area and experience the rhythm of the harvest. In 1979 he finally sells its first bottles.   ... Today, it is his two children, Isabelle and Regis that ensure the sustainability of their work. Both have followed a curriculum and agricultural technician took over in 2005 after ten years of family work. They exploit the 44 hectares that now constitute the Castle on an exceptional terroir located in the Entre-Deux-Mers 15 kms from Bordeaux
