The winemaker

The recent refurbishment of the estate is a perfect example of the Janoueix family's synthesis of modernity and fidelity to their roots in Correze. Since 2009, all the estates they manage have been certified organic by Ecocert. At the same time, respect for biodiversity and its corollary, integrated pest management, are also essential. These approaches are summed up in four words by the current president of the vineyards: good, beautiful, organic, happy.
