The winemaker
The diversity of soils in the Château Haut-Brisson vineyard enables us to produce wines of excellent maturity every year, reflecting their terroir. The terroir is composed of clay-loam and clay-limestone soils. The vines are carefully selected to take full advantage of the ripeness of the grapes. The wines produced at the estate are classified as Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. They are made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
