The winemaker
At Château Faurie de Souchard, the average age of the vines is 25 years. In order to preserve the quality of the grapes, farming is organic and harvesting is done by hand. In the winery, vinification is carried out on a parcel-by-parcel basis, and the barrels are made of oak.
