Sabine Mouty (39) and her brother Bertrand (32) represent the fourth generation of these family estates, whose Château du Barry was first acquired by their great-grandfather in 1923. This 8-hectare vineyard is located at the beginning of the Saint-Émilion hillside, on gravel and sand. Half of the wine is aged in new barrels, and the other half in one-wine barrels for 16 months.
