The winemaker

Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Dordogne River in Saint-Loubès, in the heart of Bordeaux, lies our magnificent vineyard. Here, our vines flourish in the embrace of deep clay soils and mineral-rich silts, producing fruit of unrivalled purity. Protected from frost and invigorated by the river's gentle breeze, our vineyards benefit from the perfect balance of nature's elements. Throughout the extended growing season, we experience significant diurnal temperature variations, a blessing that allows our grapes to reach optimal ripeness while retaining enchanting acidity. Embracing the principles of organic farming for 26 years, our commitment extends beyond the vines. Over 250 fruit trees adorn our estate, complemented by 200 bird nesting boxes and meticulously tended cover crops and wildflowers, providing a haven for diverse wildlife. Every aspect of vine care is carried out by hand, with a preference for wild herb infusions over chemical sprays to promote vine health. In the cellar, our philosophy is one of minimal intervention. Natural fermentation reigns supreme, with only a touch of So2 added to ensure the essence of our terroir is preserved. From our cellars emerge modern, expressive Bordeaux wines, ready to be enjoyed now or aged gracefully for a special occasion. Each bottle is a testament to our dedication to crafting quality wines that capture the true essence of our land.
