The winemaker
Located in the Lussac Saint-Emilion appellation, Château des Landes is a family-owned vineyard founded in 1952.
Paul Lassagne pursued his dream of making a living from his passion and the profession of winemaker. His love for the vines and his enthusiasm allowed him to realize his dream. He produces wines that reflect his terroir, respecting the environment and the family tradition. His wines are produced in AOC Lussac Saint-Emilion.
The Lussac Saint-Emilion appellation is close to the famous medieval city of Saint-Emilion. It is part of the appellations that are sometimes still found under the name of "satellites of Saint-Emilion" alongside Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion, Saint-Georges-Saint-Emilion and Montagne-Saint-Emilion.
