The winemaker

One of the distinguishing features of the methods employed by Château de Vimont is its commitment to a purely environmental approach. In fact, the Graves vineyards are managed using integrated farming methods, and the estate is certified as having High Environmental Value. Château de Vimont's range of wines includes the emblematic "La Parcelle 1915", a highly aromatic red Graves produced from the estate's oldest vines. Le V du Château de Vimont 2019, Le Château de Vimont blanc 2019 and Le Château de Vimont rouge 2018 are also wines from this terroir.
