The winemaker

Corbin Michotte is located near Figeac and Cheval Blanc. It is currently run by JEAN-NOËL BOIDRON. The estate's vineyards have been planted since 1726 on ferrous, siliceous and clay-loam soils. It benefits from rigorous maintenance, with ploughing of the soil, late removal of bunches and systematic sorting. Château Corbin Michotte's grape varieties are 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Château Corbin Michotte estate wines include Château Corbin Michotte and Château Cantelauze.
