The winemaker
Château Carbonneau wines are worthy of the Sainte-Foy appellation to which they belong. Their great originality comes in part from the grape varieties. Indeed, while Merlot predominates, as it often does in the clay-limestone soil of this climate, Cabernet Franc also plays an important role. The Sauvignon Blancs are quite exceptional on this terroir, where everything is being grown organically from 2022 onwards.
