The winemaker

A former monastery dating from the 17th century, Château Au Grand Paris was once a monastery. It only became a winery in 1931 when the family moved in. Today, it is run by the third generation. Its clay-limestone soil allows the different grape varieties required for each cuvée of this Bordeaux to flourish. These include Merlot, Cabernet, Semillon and Muscadelle. Whether red, white or rosé, the wines of Château Au Grand Paris seduce with their fruity taste.
