Aged in amphorae, this wine is the result of two generations of winemakers coming together mano a mano: my young manager and myself. This wine is the combination of his know-how, our modern approach and our enthusiasm, to give it elegance and purity.

Ample and generously fleshy. The tannins are polished by amphora ageing, and the finish is long, fruity and spicy. A mineral wine, releasing the opulence of Merlot and the structure of Cabernet.
