AOC wines

The AOC Cadillac wine is a sweet white wine that is drunk between 8 and 10 °C.
It is a wine with a golden yellow colour in its youth and which tends towards a more amber colour with the years. On the nose there are floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle, fruity aromas of apricot and citrus fruit and notes of honey. On the palate, this wine is very fruity and becomes increasingly smooth with age. These wines have an ageing potential of at least 10 years.
