The method of maturing and blending the wine by plot is based on the fundamental idea that a wine draws its richness from the natural components of the micro-terroir in which it is grown: soil type, grape variety, microclimate, sun exposure, aridity or humidity. This wine comes from 27 parcels carefully selected to represent the Bordeaux terroir and from different soil types: clay for structure, gravel for finesse and limestone soils for aromatic complexity.
