Château de Parenchère's white wine owes its complexity to its blend of the three great white Bordeaux grape varieties: Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle. This combination gives it a lively, citrus nose, but also a round mouthfeel with more complex notes of white flowers. It's a very versatile wine, very pleasant as an aperitif, but also perfect with fish and seafood. The wine is unoaked for freshness and purity.
