In a few words ...
As a winegrower and nurseryman for over 50 years, it was only natural for jean pierre bouillac, owner of bouillac vineyards, to learn the art of winegrowing at an early age. It's a real passion that goes back to the roots of wine: "We work with respect for tradition, with the know-how and secrets of our elders, but we're also constantly on the lookout for new winegrowing techniques. The old well i... s the symbol of our vineyard. The shell-shaped well is typical of the northern Gironde region, whose origins date back to the 16th century. The missing "s" in puit bears witness to the old spelling. Château du vieux puit is a fine compromise between a "pleasure" wine and a "tasting" wine. Elegant, finely spiced, fruity nose.
Taste
A clean attack on the palate is followed by a very fresh, full-bodied, fruity mouthfeel, supported by fine, tight tannins that maintain this sensation of vitality right through to the finish.
