In a few words ...
The nose is discreet, with notes of toast, wood and dried fruit. On aeration, aromas of yellow fruit, white flowers, ginger and white pepper emerge.
The palate is fleshy and full-bodied, evolving into a fat, fresh mouthfeel. The aromatic palette is fruity, with yellow peach, pineapple and ginger, followed by candied citrus aromas. The flavors are unctuous and persistent.
The finish is rich, opulent, very long, perfumed with honeyed, spicy notes.
50% in new barrels, 50% in one-wine barrels, for 18 months.
