Our vinifications are traditional, using indigenous yeasts and natural temperatures. They reflect the characteristics of each year and climate. The wine is aged in oak barrels and foudres for 6 to 12 months. Our MORGON plots are located in the renowned "GRANDS CRAS" climate.

Taste
The attack is very smooth, the fruit is present, fine, and surprisingly young. Then the wine reveals itself to be full-bodied on the palate, with mellow notes of spice (pepper). Mineral, long and fluid.
