In a few words ...
An organic wine from a plot on the slopes of Mont Bessay. It reveals aromas of red fruits, with a hint of white pepper on the finish. Its structure, freshness and round tannins give it great elegance. It goes perfectly with poultry, red-fleshed fish (e.g. red mullet), or duck breast with mushroom sauce. Aged in vats, sulphited only at bottling.

Velvet-red color with violet highlights, brilliant and limpid wine.

Discreet initial nose opening up to notes of blond tobacco, licorice and jammy black fruit.
