This cuvée comes from the estate's oldest vines (between 60 and 100 years old). The wine benefits from a long vatting to concentrate its flavors. The wine is matured in oak barrels of 2-3 wines, exclusively white wines, to bring out its roundness and fatness. A wine for ageing and gastronomy.
