The Domaine Pardon vineyard covers 7 hectares in the Fleurie appellation. The plots are located at "Les Labourons" on the upper slopes of the appellation. The soil is composed of very homogeneous granite arena and large-crystal granite. This homogeneity, nuanced by the depth of the soil and the stage of evolution of the original rock, produces elegant, fine, very fruity wines with floral notes.
