The winemaker
Paul-Henri Thillardon originated in southern Beaujolais (where his father was co-operator) in the Golden stones sector. But it is the northern region that attracts where raw and particularly that of Chénas in the municipality of Chapel Guinchay are. 7 Initial hectares have been grafted beautiful plots (Boccard, Chassignol) to reach today 12 hectares of vineyards pampered by Paul-Henri since 2008 soon joined by his brother Charles. Indeed, the soil is worked to the horse (led by Paul-Henri), plant protection products were banned, and the area is certified organic.
