The winemaker

The fourth generation of Domaine du Granit winemakers wish to combine ancient winemaking methods with modern techniques. Their aim is to preserve the typicity and quality of their wines, particularly their Fleurie, Chénas, Saint Amour and Moulin à Vent. The Domaine du Granit vineyard is located on granite soil at an altitude of up to 280 meters. The vines are cultivated using integrated methods.
